This Privacy Policy describes how PomeTodo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our desktop app and websites. We aim to keep data practices simple and transparent.

1. Information we collect

Account data (email, plan status), usage diagnostics, and content you choose to process with AI features (such as pasted text or screenshots) solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use information

We use data to operate the product, improve AI parsing quality (in aggregate or de-identified form where possible), process payments, and send transactional notices. Marketing emails are optional and can be opted out.

3. Retention & security

We retain account and billing records as needed for the Service and legal obligations. Technical and organizational measures protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

4. Your choices

You may access, update, or delete account information from the app or by emailing privacy@pometodo.com. Local-first sync keeps task lists on your device by default where available.
